Safety

Is the Motocrossity experience safe?

Motocross has never been so safe, as the power of our bikes is adjustable and we adapt it perfectly to your level. Furthermore, we provide you with all the necessary rider gear to keep you protected during your sessions.

Do I need to have done motocross before to go out on the track?

Not at all, because before you receive your bike, you will watch a briefing video that explains how to position yourself on the bike and how you must follow the track rules so that the experience is exciting, but safe.

Can I bring my child to ride at Motocrossity?

Of course, because we have bikes for children to enjoy this sport from the age of 6, with our small bikes and the special attention of our “Marshalls” who will assist them at all times on our “Cero” track, which is adapted for beginner levels.

What happens if there is an accident?

If you want to be fully covered, you can purchase the circuit rider insurance for motorbikes. There are both single-day and full-year insurance options if you plan to come often.

But don’t worry, we take care of you. We have immediate care at the Quirónsalud Henares hospital, which is located four minutes from our facilities, where they can attend to you quickly so you can return to the track and have fun again very soon.

E-bikes

Are there e-bikes for all levels?

Of course. We have bikes that are like bicycles, and if you know how to balance on two wheels, you can hit the track. But we also have bikes with 4-stroke gasoline performance, which we will adjust to your level based on the information you provide in your registration.

What brand are the E-bikes?

We are lucky to have the best partners in their category: Torrot provides us with their MX2 models (for ages 6-10) for the younger children; Talaria has their XXX (13+) and Sting R (15+) models, which are the entry-level models for adults; and finally, our Stark Varg, which is the closest thing to a gasoline cross bike, allowing you to emulate the pros on the track.

Is it necessary to know how to change the gears on the E-bikes?

No, because all of our bikes are automatic and also have the brakes on the handlebars, just like your lifelong bicycle. So, motocross has never been easier to practice, which is why our motto is E-ASY RIDING!

Track

Is the track very difficult?

Don’t worry, because we have two: one for beginners if you haven’t ridden a motorcycle before, and a more advanced one where you’ll see yourself riding in no time.

Can I go to Motocrossity and not ride?

Absolutely, because we have screens showing races aaaall day long, as well as the live timing of what’s happening on the track, and everything you need to enjoy a racing atmosphere… even a motocross simulator if you prefer the sensations without moving from your spot.

Can I eat something when I go to the space?

We have Tuna Time, our cafeteria by Seakings, where you can enjoy our best Street Food and have a drink comfortably from our lounge, which overlooks all the action happening on our tracks.
